where can you buy the book?

dianeinjapan has some used/new from third-party sellers, and I also just saw a copy on American ebay.

Oh I love the garden photo. Beautiful.

I love that photo too, Selena! There are more garden photos in the book.

I saw this book at the kinokuniya book store but it was wrapped up so I couldn't page through it. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Looks like a lovely book.

As an American Cath fanatic, I am thrilled to bits to see that beautiful Cath book! I may just have to track it down...

Thanks, Zakka Life and Alexis--it really is a fun book!

Okay, so we don't live in Tokyo...

    • ...but "Texas to Yamaguchi" didn't have quite the same ring to it. No matter where we are, we're living cozy. For now, it's an uninsulated Japanese mini-castle; in the future, it'll be a country house in Germany. I'm keepin' house happily amidst a family life of part-time homeschooling, traveling, sports, unfinished craft projects, good food and music, and overflowing bookcases. Just the way we like it.
